Hilaac Company is a private company based in Dhuusamareeb district, Galgaduud region, Galmudug State Somalia, Hilaac Company was founded in 1st of April, 2008 by sound minded Somali businessmen in Dhuusamareeb district, with the main aim is to electricity supply and water solutions (supply clean and affordable drinking battled water) for domestic and industrials uses in Dhuusamareeb district and surrounding villages.
